VÖTIG is designed in Britain and produced entirely by hand in Brazil by our partners - Together we strive to serve you and the planet in the most sustainable and Eco way.  We're a British based company with offices in Shropshire.

We do care about you & the environment. Our collections might be small but that's to make sure everything stays sustainable and of the highest standards.

Quality, exclusivity and above all a true care for everything sustainable. Our fabrics are Eco and biodegradable, our hang tags are made with plant seed embedded and even our packaging is biodegradable. Best of all, everything is exclusive and with limited run production.

Delivery

Standard Delivery - FREE

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £2.99 (Free on orders above £75

Next Day Delivery - £6.99 (Free on orders above £100)

Standard Delivery takes about 2 to 3 days to arrive.

International Tracked or Signed - £8.95 (free for orders above £120)

Delivery Times:

Europe - 5 to 9 days

Rest of The World - 7 to 12 days

Our warehouse as well as all our products and operations, are located in the United Kingdom.

We manufacture and then dispatch the items ourselves directly from our state of the art warehouse located at Bunker 166, Kinnerley, Oswestry, Shropshire, SY10 8DH, United Kingdom.

Orders

Once confirming your order, a binding agreement is made, and you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the order. If you somehow did not receive an order confirmation please contact us.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any edits regarding the purchased items. Best option is to cancel the order and place a new order.

If it hasn't been shipped yet then yes. However we have a 10 minute window until the order reaches the warehouse ready to be dispatched at which point it will no longer be possible to cancel your order.

Products

It's highly unlikely, especially with the patterned products. With exception of a few items, all our products are limited editions meaning that once they're gone, they're gone for good.

Due to the high volume of fake/spam calls we have disabled our phone number, therefore VÖTIG does not currently operate a call centre and we're not set up to handle high volumes of calls.

The VÖTIG brand was built, and operates, exclusively online, including our support. You may receive an automated response every once in a while but we can assure you we're human and we're here to help. 

You can always use messenger chat, email, or submit a request form and we'll get back to you very soon.

As much as possible. Please make sure to include your email address and/or any other available contact as well as your order number (if you have one)

Returns

Because we're only human, sometimes things do go the other way. Here's everything you need to know.

We do have a 30 day FREE return policy (UK only). Whether you changed your mind, the size is wrong or something is not right, you can open a return request HERE

*Please note. Products without it's originals tags cannot be returned. If you have removed the tags please contact us before opening a return request

Free returns are not available on international orders.

However, we will do everything we can to make sure you get what you need.

If an item is faulty or we have made a mistake, then it is our responsibility to provide you with a return label. Contact us  at any time and we'll help you getting it sorted.

Doesn't really matter where in the world you are located. We'll fix that for you. Drop us an email with the following information:

- Your order number

- Item name or code

- Clear photos

- Product fault as visible as possible

- Full length photo (of the item)

- Label photo

We'll get in touch asap and decide what's the next step. Don't worry, UK returns are free and if needed a return label will be sent to you.

Absolutely. However if you need a refund this will be sent to whoever paid for the order.

Payment Options

All about ways to pay for your products.

Currently we accept the following payment options:

- Klarna

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We will not charge you until we dispatch the products to you, although the price payable by you for the products may appear as pending transactions against the payment method you use.

We also offer the option for you to purchase using Klarna Bank (AB) (publ) in the form of 2 different products: 9.5.1 'Pay Later’ gives you up to 30 days to pay for your order; and 9.5.2 'Pay in 3' allows you to split the cost into 3 monthly payments with no interest, fees or credit agreement required.The availability of these options to you is subject to approval by Klarna.
